On September 4, 2018, at approximately 11:07 pm, members of the Sarnia Police Service General Patrol, along with CN Police, Lambton Paramedics, and Sarnia Fire, responded to a collision involving a motor vehicle and a train in the area of Confederation Line and Waterworks Road.
The lone occupant of the vehicle was a 29 year old female. The female was ultimately transported to a London Hospital where she remains with life threatening injuries.
The collision scene was processed and investigated by the Sarnia Police Service Traffic Unit and was re-opened this morning at approximately 3:40 am.
