The Sarnia Police Service is currently requesting the public’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted for various domestic related charges.
The suspect is a Ronald Craig Hope (57 years of age). Currently Hope has no fixed address but has lived in Sarnia.
Hope is described as being a large male weighing approximately 265 pounds, just over 6 feet tall, light brown curly hair, and blue eyes. It is believed that Hope was last seen at 12:30 am in the 200 block area of Kathleen Street.
Hope is wanted by the Sarnia Police for the following charges:
- Two counts of uttering threats to cause bodily harm
- Criminal harassment
It is believed that Ronald Hope is driving a 1998, white, Oldsmobile Intrigue for which the plate number is unknown.
We ask the public to contact the Sarnia Police Service at 519-344-8861, extension 0, or Sarnia Lambton Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 if you do know the whereabouts of Hope. If you happen to locate him please do not approach since he is considered dangerous but rather contact your local police. It is also believed that Hope has ties to the London area.
