Over the course of the long Victoria Day Weekend, the Sarnia Police Service responded to 294 calls for service. Calls included:
15 – Alarms
13 – Ambulance Assists
12 – Disturb the Peace
21 – Domestic Disputes
12 – Mischief
10 – Noise Complaints
15 – Thefts
19 – Unwanted Persons
13 – Motor Vehicle Collisions
9 – 911 Hang-ups
Road officers conducted approximately 36 routine traffic stops for various driving related concerns. Officers issued 22 Provincial Offence Notices (tickets) over the weekend for various infractions.
