Finch Drive between London Road and Wellington Street has been reopened. 2 people were taken to hospital as a result of the collision with minor injuries. A charge was laid under the Highway Traffic Act.
Police are reminding motorists that road conditions are deteriorating as winter closes in and encourage them to drive accordingly.
