The Sarnia Police Service would like to alert residents of the Sarnia area that an out of town company called Perfectly Pure Solutions is selling water purification systems to homeowners in the Sarnia area without a Salespersons Licence issued under the City of Sarnia Business Licencing By-Law.
Recently, Perfectly Pure Solutions has been contacting residents using telemarketing phone calls, setting up appointments for demonstrations, sales and installation of their product. In one case, the elderly customer unknowingly paid what was believed to be an inflated and unreasonable sum of money for a water filtration system. The Sarnia Police Service urges the public to ensure that the company they are dealing with have the proper licence to operate within the city.
