The Sarnia Police Service would like to thank everyone who attended the festivities for Canada Day both at Canatara Park and Centennial Park. It was a great success with minimal disruptions, aside from the rain. The only concerns that involved police attention revolved around youth drinking alcohol. For the most part these issues were resolved quickly. Unfortunately two young offenders were arrested during the fireworks, both involving alcohol and their behavior. Aside from this all was in order.
Again, thank you.
