Sarnia Police Service are hoping that someone can identify this thief who stole two baseball bags from inside an unlocked parked vehicle on Norman Street on May 5, 2013. The theft occurred sometime between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM when the vehicle was parked. There were many witnesses in the area who may have seen this individual on his bike. The theft was caught on video and the picture attached to this release is a still photo taken from the video. A GPS was also taken from the vehicle. The total value of the goods stolen was approximately $550.00.
