The Sarnia Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 23 year old female Chesea BAXTER from the Sarnia area. Chelsea has been missing since 05:00pm 10 February 2017 and needs to be located to check on her wellbeing.
Description: 5’4″, 120 Lbs, white female, slender build, dark auburn hair.
Clothing: Long black winter coat, white tights and grey boots.
