The Sarnia Police Service is currently investigating an assault which took place on December 27, 2016 at approximately 2:00 am. The altercation took place inside Two Amigos Tavern, at 914 Murphy Road, where a 31 year old man was struck in the face with a beer bottle and required stitches. The other male that was involved in the altercation is unknown at this time and police are attempting to identify who this person is.
Fortunately, the investigating officer was able to retrieve a security photo of the male which is attached to this release.
