7 Charged in Relation to a Drug Warrant

On January 6, 2017, members of the Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit entered into an investigation regarding two individuals that were trafficking Crystal methamphetamine in the City of Sarnia.

On that date, members of the Vice Unit requested a warrant to search an apartment in the 100 block of Victoria Street in the City of Sarnia. At approximately 8:00 pm, that evening, members of the Vice Unit and COPPS Unit entered the apartment to search for the drugs.

Upon entering the unit 7 individuals were located along with various forms of drug paraphernalia and approximately 43 grams of crystal methamphetamine with a street value believed to be $4300.00. Also found was approximately $500 in cash.

The following individuals were charged accordingly:

  1. James McKillop (50 years of age): Possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, 2 counts of breach of probation, and one count of breach of an Undertaking by an Officer Incharge.
  2. Angelique Brimley (37 years of age): Possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
  3. Natalie Howson (42 years of age): Possession of a controlled substance.
  4. Joseph Landuyt (48 years of age): Possession of a controlled substance.
  5. Amy Nantais (36 years of age): Possession of a controlled substance and three counts of breach of probation.
  6. Melissa Rose (33 years of age): Possession of a controlled substance and breach of probation.
  7. John Wesley Williams (50 years of age): Possession of a controlled substance.
