Sarnia Police are requesting the public’s assistance in regard to an ongoing assault investigation. On the 29th of August, 2016, at approximately 6:15a.m., the victim in this matter was jogging in the area of Wellington Street, east of Walnut Avenue. An unknown male approached the victim from behind, grabbed and assaulted the victim. The suspect is described as a white male, dark hair, wearing dark pants and a dark t-shirt.
