On May 21, 2016, the Sarnia Police Service attended a local health club for a report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival the victim advised the officer he had left his keys in his locker but unfortunately did not lock the locker. When the victim attended his locker to check his cell phone he found that his LG 3 mobile phone was gone along with his keys. The victim later realized that his vehicle had been stolen. The vehicle is a black 2012 Ford Escape with tinted windows and 4 doors.

The Sarnia Police Service would like to remind the public to lock away your keys and other valuables when you do not have them on your person. It’s unfortunate, but it is a way to minimize this from happening to you.
