The man arrested and charged by the Sarnia Police Criminal Investigations Branch after an incident at a local restaurant on January 10, 2016 has been released.
Kevin Michael BOOTH, age 39 years, of Sarnia was released today with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court next on February 16, 2016.
