Shortly after 4:00 pm on January 7th, 2016 Sarnia Police and Sarnia Fire along with Lambton EMS responded to a 2 vehicle collision on Wellington Rd just west of Indian Rd in the City of Sarnia.
Both drivers were taken to hospital via ambulance. The 32 year male driver of one of the vehicles was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries while the 71 year old male was taken to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The incident is currently under investigation with the Sarnia Police Service Traffic Branch.
The investigating officer, PC Mark Berger, is appealing to any possible witnesses to contact him at 519-344-8861, extension 6156 with any information you may have related to this collision.
