The Sarnia Police Service arrested a 47 year old Sarnia man for impaired driving on Sunday, November 29, 2015.
Just after 6:00 p.m. on Sunday a Sarnia Police officer was responding to a call at Mitton Street and Wellington Street when he observed an unoccupied vehicle rolling onto Mitton Street. The accused male was able to stop the vehicle and then drove away. The man was stopped by the officer who arrested him for impaired driving. The man was taken to the Sarnia Police Station to provide breath samples. Those samples indicated the man was two and a half times the legal limit.
Steven WALSH faces charges of impaired driving and driving with over the legal limit.
