On Sunday September 13,2015 at about 7:40 p.m. a 55 year old Wallaceburg man was driving south on Kimball Road south of Plank Road when he lost control of the pickup truck he was driving. The truck ended up in the ditch and had rolled over. When police arrived they detected signs of impairment and the man was arrested then taken to the Sarnia Police Station. Once at the station the man provided breath samples which indicated he was twice the legal limit to drive.
Randy Duff was released and faces charges including impaired driving, driving with over the legal limit and breach of probation.
